When creating your website you want to show how awesome it is what you want to communicate to your visitors. That’s great. Tell your story, do it a nice way, but please don’t overdo it. Don’t write your texts too long, don’t create too many different pages and only show your best works/products on the first pages and not all of them.

Visitors only need 5 seconds to know if they want to stay on your site or not and when they are staying they still want to leave as soon as they know what they need to know. Only show and tell your visitors what they need to know and what they really have to know about you.
