The fonts you choose are important for the rest of your webdesign. A font forms the layout of your text and the text is important to tell your story. So you have to make sure your font is easy to read. A light font on a crowdy backgound won’t read so easily and a bold one for the whole text neither. A fancy font for headings can be nice, but don’t use it too much. Your visitor will read texts only when your font is easy to read without all that fancy stuff. The best thing to do when chosing a font is to use webfonts. Those fonts will work in almost every browser and are surely good to read. Also when your corporate identity has other fonts, it is still recommended to choose a webfont. There are a lot of webfonts so then make sure to choose one that comes close to the one you wanted to use.
