In ‘this week’s web design‘ I have a collection with 10 websites worth mentioning. This is a small selection of websites I came across last week. The first impression of a website is very important for me, what I see in my viewport (visible part of the browser) makes me decide to stay longer and play around on a website, or to leave immediately (unless I am specificially looking for some information). But before I show the list, first a little project I did myself, which you may have seen if you follow me on my personal twitter/ facebook. I wanted to see how I could use the photoshop filters directly in the browser using CSS3 filters. It worked surprisingly well… You need Chrome or Safari to see the working examples, the other browsers don’t suppert css filters yet…
