In ‘The Portfolio of…’ I feature one designer a day and give all of you a chance to share your work with the world. A lot of you are looking for ways to share your work, get your name out, reach possible clients, you name it… We’re here to help! Submit your portfolio for a chance to get featured here. Today it’s time to show you a selection of the works of Maren Klemp.
The Norwegian fine art photographer Maren Elize Klemp’s photography is a plunge into the darker sides of the human mind. It is a visual representation of conditions associated with mental illness . The pictures tell about those who are gripped by darkness, isolation and sadness, and about relationships with close family . They tell about the lack of belonging, to live in a separate world that few or no others can enter or understand. It’s about the fog that comes creeping , which overpowers and paralyzes, the invisible disease. This is a self portrait project with only herself and her children as models.
