It’s always a challenge to be creative and unique in your branding. For The Charlotte Condos in Ottawa, Berto Martinez, an illustrator from Spain, created those pretty illustrations. The people in the illustrations are real people and I think that the way Berto drew them is so realistic, but also unique. This way you drag more attention than just with pictures in my opinion.
