Brand design for the competition of “Itinerarium Rosaliae”, created by “Regione Siciliana”.
For the development of the Itinerarium Rosaliae logo were taken into account three elements:
– The rose, one of the main symbols of the saint, basis of the development of the logo;
– the sanctuary of Monte Pellegrino, the itinerant main goal and central point of the route;
– the path and 14 locations that is crosses.
The concept is a stylized rose, in which are contained the main elements of the itinerary, namely:
– the 14 locations that it touches, represented by the points in blue ( also symbols of the dew that bathes the rose and which indicates the purity);
– the sanctuary of Mote Pellegrino, located at the center of the rose.
