In ‘The Portfolio of…’ I give you, the photographer/ designer, a chance to share your work with the world. Everyone likes to get some attention for their works, and we’re here to help. Submit your portfolio to us and I’ll try to publish it. Today it’s time to show you the work of Jeroen Derks, an artist with his roots in Milsbeek, a small town in the south of the Netherlands. Music drives his work and combined with memories, dreams and visions is his main source of inspiration. Using digital tools evolved out of traditional technologies like brushes, pencils and ink he creates pictures full of chaos. With many shapes and forms and using programs like Photoshop, Alchemy, Maya and his own code he tries to discover new ways in combining these tools.
