Andy Levine, known professionally as John Nebraska, recently pried himself out of NYC and made his way south to Asheville, NC.

Andy spent the past 30 years working in a variety of media as a professional illustrator, painter and teacher. His work has been featured in publications such as Forbes, The NY Times, The Washington Post and many more.

Andy’s work successfully combines illustration and fine art. He works mainly in acrylic paint, but also adds collage, colored pencil and pastels to his pieces. His intuitive and playful paintings reflect his previous career, a life long love of art and his new home nestled in majestic mountains.
