Creative Campaign: DG Environment – Water Awareness

This campaign was launched by the European Commission to underline the effects of daily consumption choices on the environment. Ultimately we hope that this campaign will encourage people to develop responsible consumption habits. Part of this campaign is a video competition on indirect water use. Participants are invited to make a video clip demonstrating how much water is needed to produce everyday products like coffee, chocolate, beer, a hamburger, or a pair of shoes. Inspire others to save water and win an awesome sports camera!
