In this weekly series I show you a selection with creative advertisement prints for a brand, a company, from a country or with a special theme. Today I have a selection with creative ads for Oral-B, a brand of oral hygiene products, including toothbrushes, toothpastes, mouthwashes and dental floss. The B in Oral-B stands for “Brush”. Oral B was created in 1945 by Dr Robert Huston a dentist who created the first Oral-B toothbrush with its soft, end-rounded nylon bristles. Dr. Robert Hutson, a California periodontist, designed and patented the first Oral-B toothbrush. He also created the Oral-B brand name. I came across these ads after seeing the ‘Bad breath?’ ads. It took me a while to understand them, but when you get it you have to admit, they’re quite clever!
