DeviantArt has some nice work today, earlier the Sesame Street Fighter series, and now this post with character design by DavidRapozaArt, a 24 year old designer from the US. I have only posted the art with the focus on the characters head, but if you like this you should really check his DeviantArt profile for more character design.
