Behance’s 10-year Anniversary

With its mission of providing a virtual location for the professional community to make their ideas happen, Behance (stylized as Bēhance) was created in 2007 to organize and empower the creative world. The platform aims to match talents and opportunities. They display thousands of works in specific creative fields such as fashion, industrial and web design, motion graphics, illustration, photography and architecture, among others.
Their greatest challenge is still to spread the word to the right people. They will only accept members who are serious and committed to their work and careers. Behance was reported to have been acquired by Adobe in 2012 for $150 million.
