A few weeks ago an amazing set with photos was published to Flickr by the Metropolitan Transportation Authority. The photos showed the progress on the East Side Access project as of February 12, 2013. The project will allow the Long Island Rail Road to access Grand Central Terminal for the first time. It’s amazing to see how a few lights and massive machines underground(!) can be a source for such beautiful photos.
