MEKAZOO is the pseudonym for Derin Ciler, an industrial designer from Istanbul/Turkey who started to design toys as a side project at 2007. Currently working as a freelance designer mostly focused on Toy/Character Design, Illustration, apparel and graphic design. MEKAZOO stands for Mechanic Zoo. His works are inspired by sci-fi, mechas, videogames and b-movies. I came across his works after I saw his CTRL-ALT-DEL illustrations, which was pretty cool and is included in this post together with a selection of his other illustrations.
