She is a kunoichi in Naruto who can manipulate herself or her own chakra into paper. As you see, Konan is partially turning into paper. First I drew her and made use of my x-acto knife to represent what she literally does. Next I made a background layer and glued her over it. Then I cut a lot of paper into small bits and pretty much did the same thing as I said above.
