Today we’ve a look at the works of Eva Blahova, a Czech scenographer. She works for theater and film and creates author projects. She lives and works in Prague and transforms statues with her knitting talents.
Eva: I love street art. My artistic journey is, among other things, the transformation of existing boring statues into a knit art icon. When finishing knit statues, a lot of people are interested in the streets. People stop and talk together. I’m just preparing another one, and from September you will see another one. You are invited!
I also deal with designs of costumes and puppets. As an architect, I’m preparing TV shows for children.
I graduated scenography at the Theater Academy in Prague. I also studied in Milan at the Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera.
